Our BJJ classes are taught by Head Instructor Mark Hayes, who is a Purple belt and represents Simon McGovern's renowned McGovern Academy. Our classes are a mixture of positions, sweeps, chokes and joint locking techniques for controlling and submitting your opponent, time is given to both the proper application of techniques and live sparring.
Our classes are taught in such a way that everyone from the complete beginner to the more advanced practitioner can develop.
